HOW TO ORDER
ON-LINE
We use a secure form mail format vs
shopping cart format to allow for special requests and feedback as the
moped parts business is not an exact science.
Order with part numbers and
prices from our catalog on our Secure Server (link below).
Fill out all info and check
credit card numbers and e-mail address twice before submitting.
After ordering we will return
a confirmation number in your E-mail ( it is important that your
e-mail address entered on the order form correctly). This is our only
contact should we have a problem- reply usually with 12 hrs.
If you wish to call your
credit info in, first place your order on-line and mark the appropriate
box at bottom of form. We will return a reference number and a
call number. ( Please have this reference number available when calling
in your credit card information.)
There is a $3 handling charge on domestic
(US) orders under $25 (except
service/parts manuals). There is a $5
handling charge on ALL international orders under $100
We ship most orders via
Priority mail from the USPS( 2-3 days anywhere in the US). Most
international orders ship Via Global Prioirty, Airmail,
or Global Express depending on delivery times and services available.
POSTAGE
is in ADDITION to the handling
charge.

---- Why do we NOT use a postage program?-- although it
would be simpler with a program, adding the postage to the order
manually once the order is packed is the most accurate way we have
found-- our invcntory varys in size, shape and weight ( 1000's of itmes
) and many would be overcharged if we used a flat rate program.
