The order process is fully secure and encrypted with a 128 bit SSL. Your credit information is fully encrypted allowing us to view only the last 4 digits of your card and your address information. Cart handles our billing. inventory, tracking and mailing information allowing us to run an organized and efficient web store. Our cut off for next day shipping is now Midnight EST. due to our systems ability to create shipping labels for the previous day. Shipping and Handling This shopping cart operates as STORE AND FORWARD which does not process your order until order is pulled and packed. Cart simply stores your order and credit card information until you order is picked and processed. This allows us to make billing adjustments, order corrections and add shipping and handling-if applicable(see below). SHIPPING WILL be added to your submitted total. Shipping IS NOT free. USPS rates. We no longer have access to your complete card information. However, we have the ability to modify the billing of credit card for the full total of your order at processing. This will include USPS charges, handling charges ( if applicable- see below), and sales tax for Maryland residents only. -Maryland residents only- an additional 6% sales tax will also be added. Handling (Surcharges) This charge offsets processing time and bank fees on small orders. (We are unable to ship a $2 part for $2 as order processing takes time, materials and incurs us merchant costs from credit card processors) $3 under minimum order charge on Domestic (US) orders < $15 $5 handling charge on ALL International orders < $50. Orders OVER these minimums will have only USPS added. Shipping (Postage) -We ship MOST orders via USPS Priority Mail ( $5.60 minimum Flat Rate envelope- $5.80 box) Effective 1/27/2013 -VERY SMALL domestic orders that are flat will not break, will ship via a small padded envelope via regular mail with tracking for $4.00 ( NEW) - This is NOT an option for all orders as the Priority Box will protect fragile and odd shaped items such as rings, pistons, fuel valves, light bulbs, ect. PLEASE NOTE: Most SMALL orders will fit in a FLAT RATE SMALL BOX or ENVELOPE ($5.60-5.80) -International Orders ship Via Global Prioirty, Airmail, or Global Express depending on delivery times and services available. Why do we NOT use a postage program?--
although it would be simpler with a program,
adding the
postage to the order manually once the order is packed is the most accurate way we have found-- our invcntory varys in size, shape and weight (1000's of items ) and many would be overcharged if we used a flat rate program. Postage billed will be only what USPS charges to shipthe parcel (except for the padded envelope option) We accept Visa , Mastercard, Discover, and Amex We are no longer accepting fax orders ( please use the Paytrace Cart for ordering as it tracks inventory and provides MAXIMUM credit card security) ----fax is now for tech support only---- Please include a return fax number.
